The Carroll Community Festival, located just 21.5 miles away from Downtown, Columbus Ohio, is a 2 day festival in the heart of the village of Carroll, Ohio. Started in 1962 as the ox fest and later known as the Carroll Old Timer's Festival, the Carroll Community Festival features live music, a pageant, rides and more!
